Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist with 5+ years of experience to join our growing pediatric team in both Richmond & Vancouver locations!
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in pediatric speech-language pathology
Registered on the Registry of Autism Service Providers (RASP)
Comfortable working with children with diverse needs, including ASD, speech sound disorders, language delays, and AAC users
Committed to family-centered, neurodiversity-affirming care
Bonus if:
Interest in mentoring entry level clinicians and students
Open to taking on clinic projects or program development opportunities (e.g., group therapy, parent education, resource building)
Bilingualism or experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse families is an asset

Speech Meta Vancouver Therapy Services Inc. is currently seeking 1–2 passionate educators to support our growing structured literacy program at our newest speech-language pathology clinic located inside City Square Mall.

We are a pediatric speech-language pathology clinic with two locations in Richmond and Vancouver. Our multidisciplinary team includes speech-language pathologists, an Orton-Gillingham practitioner, therapy assistants, and administrative staff who work together onsite to support children and families. You’ll be joining a well-resourced clinic environment that provides all the tools and supports you need to succeed. Required Qualifications
• Completion of formal Orton-Gillingham training
• Undergraduate degree (minimum requirement)
• Experience working with children with diverse learning needs in educational or clinical settings
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional, collaborative, and strong work ethic
• Ability to provide a Criminal Record Check
Valuable Assets
• Undergraduate degree in education, psychology, speech-language sciences, or a related field
• Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse families
• Bilingual or multilingual
• Knowledge of literacy development and language-based learning differences
