Brain Power Run Club: Season 3!
A SOCIAL RUN GROUP FOR NEURODIVERGENT KIDS AND TEENS
As a parent of a neurodivergent child…
Are you struggling to find the right fit for your neurodivergent child when it comes to sports or physical activity?
Does your child need more movement and exercise, but you're not sure where to start or who to trust?
Are you looking for a supportive space and social group where your child can build confidence and social skills, make friends, and be themselves?
We have designed a run club with your child in mind.
A collaboration between Speech Meta and M2M.

Social-Emotional Skills, Growth Mindset, & Executive Functioning
Our program helps children and teens build essential social, emotional, and executive functioning skills through play and movement. Lessons focus on growth mindset, playing fair, being a gracious winner or loser, and encouraging others. Children also learn teamwork, emotional literacy, conflict resolution, and respectful communication.
We also target executive functioning skills such as monitoring attention, flexible thinking, impulse control, planning, and following multi-step directions within group activities. Children practice taking responsibility, accepting feedback, and adjusting their behaviour within a team setting. We emphasize developing a growth mindset to build resilience, cooperation, and confidence in social and group environments.
Join us to get moving, build friendships, and find your stride - together.
