Christina Yee
Orton-Gillingham Practitioner
Christina is a Licensed Orton-Gillingham Practitioner with a strong background in supporting learners with diverse educational needs. She holds a BA in Psychology (Honours) from the University of British Columbia and certifications in Orton-Gillingham Structured Literacy, Special Education, and ASD support.
Christina has extensive experience working with students with dyslexia, ASD, ADHD, and complex learning profiles. She is skilled in providing individualized, multisensory instruction, implementing education plans, and supporting students who use augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems. She is also completing coursework in English Language Learner (ELL) instruction and has an intermediate level of Nepali.
Outside of work, Christina enjoys teaching drama, baking, spending time with friends and family, and exploring the outdoors.
