Erica Halabourda
Registered Speech Language Pathologist
Erica is a Speech-Language Pathologist who completed her Master’s degree at the University of British Columbia. She is registered with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC) and is a member of Speech-Language and Audiology Canada (SAC).
She has worked in a variety of pediatric settings and has experience supporting children with diverse speech, language, and communication needs. While she enjoys the variety that speech therapy offers, her particular areas of clinical interest include speech sounds and phonology, fluency, social communication, and early intervention. Erica approaches therapy through a play-based, neurodiversity-affirming lens.
Outside of work, Erica enjoys exploring new restaurants and cafes and engaging in her favourite “cozy hobbies” such as knitting, crocheting, baking, and doing puzzles.
